Terms & Conditions

  1. Delivery: If we cannot deliver your order on the agreed date because you are not in or have not left special instructions for delivery when ordering, Whitney Farm will to make every attempt to re-deliver the next day at an extra charge of £28 to the customer. Whitney Farm cannot accept any responsibility for a Goose being unfit for consumption through your failure to follow the storage instructions (see FAQ's).
  2. Sale: It is accepted that prior to dispatch of a product, payment to Whitney Farm for the order is made in full. Where Whitney Farm undertakes to package and deliver a product to a courier, every attempt will be made to ensure it reaches the courier in good condition. Whitney Farm shall not be liable in any way for any delay in the delivery of the product to the customer by the courier. Whitney Farm is not in any respect responsible for the performance of the courier. Whitney Farm cannot guarantee to supply items at the exact weight specified and reserves the right to supply items at a slightly heavier weight than that ordered.
  3. Disclaimer: Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.
  4. Whitney Farm reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

In no event will Whitney Farm be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the site, whether in contract or in negligence. Whilst Whitney Farm endeavours to ensure the information contained in this site is accurate, it does not warrant that it is error free.

  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
  12. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
